The plot where the properties have been built is perfect and the lovely Cornish town of Hayle is an ideal setting also. Found at the mouth of the River Hayle as it flows into St Ives Bay, it makes the new Ocean Rise housing development a great place to live.
For anyone wishing to be on the North coast of the Cornish Peninsula with a lifestyle based around the sea, it is magical.
